These terms govern your use of RenalWise. By using the app, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

Not medical advice

RenalWise is an informational and educational tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional care. Nutrient estimates and the Kidney Score are approximations. Always confirm your personal nutrient targets and any dietary changes with your doctor or renal dietitian, and follow their guidance over anything shown in the app.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Subscriptions and free trial

• New subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase after any trial.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.
• Prices may vary by region and are shown before purchase.

Estimates and availability

Nutrient data is drawn from public and third-party sources and AI estimation, and may be incomplete or inaccurate. We provide the app “as is” and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextArc Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, or for decisions made based on information it provides. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
